CC Bishop Investments, LLC is hiring Farm Workers in Culleoka, TN, for seasonal farm work. The job involves both fieldwork and equipment maintenance. Candidates must be physically fit and ready to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fields for planting crops

  • Plant, fertilize, water, and weed crops

  • Maintain irrigation systems to water crops

  • Harvest and load crops into trucks

  • Prepare land for seeding the next crop

  • Cut, tether, rake, and bale hay

  • Store and load hay into barns

  • Operate equipment for mowing and weed removal

  • Clear wooded areas (bush hogging)

  • Remove dead trees and brush

  • Lubricate and repair farm machinery used in the fields

  • Maintain fences, barns, and outbuildings

  • Working in extreme heat or cold for long hours

  • Be available for flexible work schedules depending on weather conditions
